1 package Gimme Lean faux ground beef
Ener-G egg replacer and water to replace one egg
1 tbsp vegetarian worcestshire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
A few shakes of dried parsley
A few shakes of salt
A few shakes of pepper
A few shakes of onion granules
Ketchup

Mix everything except for the ketchup and form into a loaf. Spread ketchup on top. Bake in a well-oiled or well-sprayed baking dish in a preheated 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite vegan gravy and mashed taters.
