2-3 lbs mushrooms
1/2 cup olive oil (or more)
1 ripe avocado, mashed
3/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt (or more)
black pepper, to taste
dried sage, to taste
dried rosemary, to taste
dried thyme, to taste
Separate mushroom caps from stems. place caps in baking dish.
Chop stems, mix with everything else.
Spoon mixture in cups.
Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
