1 can chickpeas, drained and mashed
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
Cooking spray
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Form about a dozen meatballs and fry over medium heat in cooking spray until brown on all sides. Serve with pasta & pasta sauce.
