3/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup unbleached organic flour
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons soy margarine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon mustard
10 jalapeno pepper slices
Over medium heat, mix yeast, flour and water together. Stir occasionally until it boils. If mixture becomes too thick, add a little water. Stir in margarine, and boil for another minute. Take off heat, add garlic, mustard and peppers, and mix. Serve with tortilla chips.
