2 avacados, somehwat ripe
1 small onion
4 cloves garlic
1/2 medium tomato
1/2 medium lemon
salt, pepper, and Tabasco to taste
Cut avacados in half, scoop fruit into a bowl with a grapefruit spoon, and mash. Dice onion, garlic, and tomato, and stir into the avacado. Squeeze the juice from the lemon in, and add salt, pepper, and about 8 drops of Tabasco, and stir well. Refrigerate at least an hour, serve with tortilla chips.
